Mid Years

die. DIE. DIE!!!
argh. 7 geog lectures... and 10 pages of dickens. in nearly a month. i am sooooooo screwed.
anyway, i was reading the papers the past few days, and i found myself declaring every, oh half a page or so, that someone needs to be shot. and replaced with someone more competent of course. like me for example. but the main thing is that they should be shot.
i held that thought for a moment and contemplated the irreversible consequences. " ah, fuck it. the earth's overpopulated as it is. who do i need to call?"
for those of you that watched the movie Shooter ( i think that's what it was called?) starring Mark Wahlberg as this supersniper dude who would be very dangerous in singapore because in our hdb flats we'd be like sitting ducks boxed in glass and concrete cages. anyway the story ends with him shooting all the bad guys at the top (senators, generals, aides, all despicably corrupt of course), and emerging unscathed and the ultimate hero of the people besides the governor of california.
if only art DID imitate life. then we could just hire someone like Bob Lee Swagger (what a name, huh) and just get rid of all the insane, sadistic, pompous, delusional, self-loving political bigots that plague the world today, and with them all the environmental, social, economical, religious, scientific, moral, mental, physical, sexual, normal, trivial problems they have created and exacerbated and compounded and dumped on our heads.
I realise at this point that, very scarily, i am only half-joking.
about the shootings that is. me getting screwed by the mid-years is, unfortunately enough, an undeniable, unavoidable fact. unless someone out there is kind enough to facilitate a firearms transaction. :D
