was down with a cold and stomach flu the past 4 days. pardon my absence from lessons and the bbq! still a little queasy and only porridge and bread for me. sigh. must be my punishment for eating pig portions of unhealthy food the week before. anyhow, my sec sch buddy aaron came to visit me today. we did loads of catching up. :) really felt grateful for his company. met other "friends from my past" at the ngee ann NRA Danzation. haha i didn't expect kenneth to have such a major role and it was the first time i saw seowting's ears! and she was so gorgeous!! i felt sooooo proud of her man. she looked like a jpop princess on stage. :) i was so upset that she didn't sing and all those other ppl sang instead. seow!! what were you thinking!? that was your opportunity to thrash them la! esp the girl. cannot fight with you la. you're taller slimmer MUCH prettier and your vocal range makes her look like she's singing nursery rhymes ok. "zheng1 yi1 zhi1 yan3 bi4 yi1 zhi1 yan3..." i think should bi4 liang3 zhi1 yan3 ok... hai... that was my only disappointment. otherwise i thought it was fabulous! hope they'll be another one next yr, i'll definitely ask more ppl to go. :D i felt so inspired, i think i might try taking up dancing in the future. i felt like getting up and shaking my thang along with the dancers right there and then man. but i thought i could do that then next day instead or sth. now i have to wait till i recover. sigh. what a floo. :P
